I was unable to write any post in last two days. I was little bit busy with some other tasks of mine. Wednesday I went to Comilla City (my home district), 97 KM far from Dhaka City. I returned last night.
Anyway, today is Friday, 12th October, 2012 – 1st day of the Quantum Method Meditation course. I already told in my previous posts that I have registered at the 351th batch of Quantum Method meditation course taught by Gurujee Shahid El Bukhari Mahajataq.
Class started at 9.00 am (sharp time) and and ended at 7.00 pm today, including total four breaks. I enjoyed the whole speech of gurujee, not only me actually ! almost everyone enjoyed it. Nobody seems to be tired, every face was smiling. Its a mini world of positive thinking people, all of those people attended the course for for their self development.
Gurujee, “Shahid El Bukhari Mahajataq”, the pioneer of modern meditation practice in Bangladesh is really a Master Piece. He is really a Genius, he has individually conducted more than 350 consecutive Quantum Method courses, its an unprecedented event in the history of meditation practice. His every speech is valuable, he has a special skill of attracting, convincing others. May be the total number of participants could 800+, in a Hall Room.
At 9.00 am: Program started at sharp time 9.00 am. All participants were directed to reach at the Class room before 10 minutes of the starting. Mahajataq gave us a brief description about the whole four-day course outline, described the Inner Power of human body and how to utilize the power to serve humanity.
10.30 am: 30 minutes break.
11.00 am: Discussion about the importance of our lives and breathing. How to breathe perfectly and how to live, and why !
11.20 am: Cause of Stress / Tension / Depression and its bad effects in our practical life. Relaxation process and its benefit. How to build your own house inside your mind (Moner Bari).
12.25 pm: Practical Meditation lesson-1.
1.00 pm: Lunch Break, total of 1.30 hour, due to Friday, Jummah Prayer.
2.30 pm: Feelings about meditation. What is Autosuggestion and its importance. How to control anger, shame, hypocrisy and some other bad habit of ourselves.
3.00 pm: Practical Meditation lesson-2.
3.30 pm: How to get rid of negative thoughts, side effect of negative thinking, fear, anger, guilt, resentment, shyness and their bad effects in our practical life.
4.00 pm: Importance of Positive Attitude and Disadvantages of Negative Attitude . Difference between Pro-Active and Re-Active attitude.
4.45 pm: 30 Minutes break.
5.15 pm: Practical Meditation lesson-3.
5.50 pm: How to control sleep and awake. A scientific description about how to wake up ans sleep in just time, how to programmed in mind.
6.20 pm: Practical Meditation lesson-3.
6.50 pm: Home Task.
7.00 pm: Ending of first day.
This was the whole day course schedule. Every single discussion was followed time to time, No one minute before or one minute later. Everything was started exactly at the sharp time, schedule was maintained strictly. I really enjoyed the 1st day, its going to be one of the most memorable day life in my life. I can’t express how much I learned. Tomorrow I am gonna make another post about the 2nd day. I need to go for sleep cause tomorrow I’ve got another class – 2nd day.
